Wondering why the sum of passed and rejected proposals doesn't match the total?

Not all Snapshot proposals are a simple pass/reject. Some, e.g. the Special Council Election, are not standard AIPs.

Only AIPs with standard for/against/abstain voting options will be counted in the "Passed" percentage.
